Tooth infection while prego

Hi guys, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my gums by my wisdom tooth has been swollen along with the lymph nodeon my neck for a week now, I finally got into a dentist and told me it was very infected and now I'm on amoxicillan (however you spell it).. Could having that infection for a week cause issues in my pregnancy? like make me have a miscarriage? I'm so worried... I'll tale the pain all day everyday as long as my baby is okay but I cant atand the though of a dang tooth infection being what could take my baby from me.... is it common for that to happen? or do you think ill be okay sonce I'm on an antibiotic now?😬😭 TIA
