Is this normal

I've passed clots before, no big deal. But this one just looked funny to me and I felt it that was the more odd thing... sorry if it's a stupid question. I also have an IUD and my sister said maybe it fell out? Since I got it a few months ago I've never been able to feel the strings so I cant check that way.. my doctor said he cut the strings to short for my fingers to reach cause my tipped cervix

Update asked my husband to check my strings cause he has longer fingers and she said he feels them so the IUD is still in..
