Spotting?

Is anyone spotting at this stage? I’m having brown/red discharge. My doctor doesn’t seem worried when I talked to her over the phone.. Its not a lot just when I wipe. I’m DPO20 days and about 4 days past my period that was due. I’m feeling so deflated not knowing if I’m pregnant or having a miscarriage. Lots of people say it’s norm and others say it’s a bad sign 😔 Urgh. Send some baby dust pls 💕
