Blood pressure

Has anyone gone from having high blood pressure to low pressure? I had high blood pressure during my pregnancy and I had to start blood pressure medication before I left the hospital. At my first follow up appointment they said my blood pressure was actually pretty low and since I’ve also been dizzy and lightheaded on and off so they told me to stop taking it which was on 1/23/19. The lowest pressure I’ve had so far was 101/48. I’ve never had an issue with blood pressure until my pregnancy. I’m wondering if I’m not getting enough calories while breastfeeding if that could be apart of it.
