Lumpy breast

Hi all! I was hoping someone could help or at least relate...my LO was born 4 days ago and my milk has came in with a vengeance. I EBF and did with my other 2 babies as well. Question is: one of my breasts is very lumpy, the other not so much. The one that is extra lumpy is the one that has a more tender nipple. Just wondering if all these lumps are normal and if anyone else experienced more lumps in one breast than the other and more tender nipple on one side? It’s also my larger breast. Also, any tips or tricks to help get rid of them? I appreciate any advice!
