Literally dont know what is going on!

So guys i am 20 days late for my AF, i have already done a test and went docs regarding my late AF

My symptoms are sore nipples, cold like symptoms, legs and feet ache, mild cramping near uterus, tiredness, like i woke up an 2 hours a go and i can literally fall asleep. nausea, getting discharge which is clear, white and creamy.

I have done a test a couple of days ago but got BFN. I took the test in the evening my urine was not concentrated at all.

I had a visited my doctor and she suggested wait 2 weeks and test again.

Could i be pregnant? did any of you had these symptoms and got a BFP?
