Help please

Right girls, I have bad pains in my tummy am fertile ( well just finished) and I’ve been on ( shark week ) but my belly is killin me 😫😣 I had a bit of the runs last night and the pains came and went afterwards but their horrible any idea what it is or wether am just being a tit 🤔
