Ftm and I’m just concerned with how this looks. Is it normal?? Thoughts??

I’d say he needs to be seen by his pediatrician they may want to put silver nitrate on it to cauterize it a bit it looks a little tender/weepy from the photo. My son had his come off at 6 days and they used that to help keep it from getting infected

If you’re concerned about it I would have the dr look at it. From the previous comments, you’ve gotten 3 different answers. Only your dr can ease your mind.

From the pic, it looks like its dried up blood and nothing else . Try to clean it with an alcohol swab & see if it still looks that way . If yes, take baby to paed. If it’s all clean and only just skin, just keep it dry & clean it twice a day using alcohol swabs.

It’s normal keep it dry no alcohol or nothing just maybe a cotton ball to remove moisture
