cramps

So i’ve been having on and off cramps and i’m 5 weeks 5 days today and so far i’ve been cramping episodically throughout the day and it’s not really bad almost feels like menstral cramps help!!! I AM SUPER WORRIED go to Dr on 25th for bloodwork and first US and slight blood when I wipe but was straining really hard to go number 2 and looked like it was blood in the stool but it wasn’t it was vaginal discharge in the toilet and when I wiped it was a bright then dark brown after I wiped again
