I had my first ultrasound the other day but it was a bit late as I'm supposedly 11 weeks or so. I received a call from my doctor today saying there was thickening around the neck and that obviously follow-up tests are on their way ASAP. I know what this can mean and I'm absolutely terrified. It has been a rough pregnancy and whether it is my crippling anxiety or intuition I've always felt something was wrong. I'm high risk as well so that doesn't help. Has anyone else had this happen and would you be willing to share the outcome? I'm so afraid and heartbroken. Thank you.
