Getting rid of cystitis?

I’ve been experiencing pain when peeing since the 1st Feb, (had a doctors appointment booked for yesterday as that was the earliest they could see me, and it got cancelled!)
Now I’m having to wait until Tuesday to see a doctor but it’s so uncomfortable and painful I’m not sure what to do. 
Can someone tell me how to get rid of it without antibiotics??😭

If it’s bad you’ll need the antibiotics. But you can manage symptoms and help it along by staying hydrated, not holding your pee in for long periods, trying potassium citrate or sodium citrate, make sure you’re not overwashing or washing with soap/anything harsh and perfumed, not wearing tight trousers and wear loose cotton underwear.
