HOW I GOT MY BFP!!!

Hey everyone! My husband and I have been TTC for nearly a year! Words can’t express how exhausting and heartbreaking our journey was. This past cycle I decided to make some changes to our lifestyle in hopes that we would become pregnant. The following is what I believe worked for me, but doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for you.

1) fertility smoothie every morning for BOTH of us

- lots of spinach and kale

- LOTS of chia seeds

- maca root supplements added to the smoothie

- berries / bananas to make it taste good

- Greek yogurt

- almond milk

2) we only had sex for three days before glows predicted ovulation. This cycle I did not use OPKs.

3) if we missed smoothies, we continued to take maca root powder supplements in capsule form.

4) we did use preseed once, but I can’t be sure that’s the time we conceived.

5) I drank a SHIT TON of water leading up to my fertile week. I think I have a problem with thick cervical mucus and I’m wondering if this helped.

6) I continued to take prenatal vitamins

7) I put my legs up 😂I put this one last because everyone says it doesn’t help but this is the first time I have done this.

I seriously think having a super healthy big smoothie every day helped us conceive! Serious baby dust to all you out there ttc. I know this journey isn’t easy. 💕

Oh! I also switched to drinking ONLY decaf coffee instead of regular.
