I just got off the Nexplanon last week after being on it for three months. How would I know if the bleeding is AF of breakthrough? I was on my cycle when I got it removed but kept bleeding then then starting spotting , it would come one day then the next day I would stop spotting then it would come again. I only had to wear a panty liner so it was light but can I still get pregnant Because I had sex when I thought the spotting had left. Plus my boobs are getting a little sore and little cramps on one side. According to glow ovulation is today but since I was bleeding not sure if it was AF or withdraw bleeding wouldn’t my ovulation date be pushed back? This was my fertile week but idk. Word of advice DONT GET NEXAPLANON
