What vitamins, supplements, etc do you take to increase fertility?
Currently taking:
-prenatal with folic acid (I know it doesn’t increase fertility) (Been taking 10 months)
-maca pills (using for 1 month so far)
-vitamin c gummies (using for 2 months so far)
Tried:
- fertility tea and it regulated but did not get pregnant
- preseed during 1 cycle, did not work
