Heavy Flow?

I never considered myself to have a heavy flow. However, I was reading that the average period is 10-35 ml of blood. That doesn’t seem like a lot at all! For reference, the first two days of my period, I will have a full (but not leaky) tampon in about 4 hours. By day 3, my period lessens, and I only fill about a third to a half of a tampon in 4 hours (I still change it every 4 hours). My period lasts 4-5 days. Does this sound excessive? I never have clotting and only have minimal cramps.
