LH highs and HCG negative. What did I miss?

Question

11 DPO and I'm still getting high LH tests and big old negative HCGs. 
Did I mess up and miss my ovulation?? I peaked 12 days ago. 
Why is this happening?? All the OPKs are within the past 3 days. Glow analyzed my peak opk 12 days ago. 
AF is due within 4-7 days.
