What do you normally see on a scan. at at this time thanks?

5 weeks 3 days. She said we cant see "baby" yet, but you can see the sac. The only reason I got an ultrasound this early is because we thought I was further along

This my estimated 5 weeks ultrasound.. almost see start of something bottom right ..

Sometimes nothing at all but usually just a sack. It's not necessary to have a scan before 7-8 weeks because baby and heartbeat isn't visible yet. Unless there is cause for concern most OBs won't do ultrasounds so early.
