Follicle scan

So after stair stepping first with 50mg of clomid 5-9 then 100mg I had my follicle scan today. There was only 1 mature follicle at 18mm and one at 10mm. My e2 level went from 83 to 282. My uterine lining is 6.5. The doctor prescribed estrogen pills to help thicken the lining. I go back tomorrow for possible trigger. Not sure when they will schedule iui. Kinda excited kinda bummed more mature follicles didn’t form. Anyone in same boat or had similar situation and ended up with a bfp ??
