Anyone take these?
I take one a day brand prenatals but they are so disgusting and big.. I want to switch to gummies and this one has the natural brand of folic acid it has folate. The other one I take is the synthetic brand of folic acid. Should I switch to these? Also these have no iron but my other ones do
