Any successful stories with preseed or conception vitamins?

I have been trying to conceive for a few months with no luck and just started taking these vitamins called Conception and using preseed for my ovulation week. I am very dry and usually hurt and bleed after baby dancing so thought this would be a good choice. I like it very much so far just want to know if it really works. Any good stories or suggestions?
