Abdominal binder?

I think I want to order some kind of abdominal binder, or as my mom calls them- "sucker-inners". Just something to help the stomach reshape after birth. I realize it may not do much, but I've heard it helps with the feeling of your insides dropping out. I'll also be breastfeeding which should also help.

Any suggestions? Or warnings against certain ones?

Does it matter what type/style for vaginal compared to c section?
