Confused 😭

I’m wasn’t sure where to post this but I just need some help or advice ladies.

I’m 13 days late today and keep getting negatives on the pregnancy tests😢no signs of af at all. I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year did you guys know if you stopped getting your period because of this?i always been regular on my cycles,I’m just asking because I don’t know what else to think of why I keep getting negatives.
