Rice cereal or oat cereal?
Hi, I’m a FTM, my son is almost 4 months old, he is exclusively bottle fed and the bottle is not enough for him anymore. He is ready to eat oat cereal or rice. What are the benefits of both? What is more nutritious? I’ve heard oatmeal is better to give babies than rice because rice doesn’t have many nutritional benefits. He is quite a fussy baby when feeding already so I’d like to try something that will keep him satisfied
