Preeclampsia after birth&delivery???

I had few high blood pressure readings during delivery, but never tested positive for preeclampsia. I gave birth 1/31, since then my thighs, calf, and feet are super swollen, tight and Painful.

I was in icu after birth and was pumped with fluids. I don’t have liver pain, headaches or see spots which are preeclampsia symptoms, but did have a high blood sugar reading this week. Could this be a late onset of preeclampsia or just typical swelling after birth paired with icu fluid?

Any ideas?
