Whose on vitex??
🤗 Did anyone take vitex to help them conceive? I was diagnosed with PCOS in September but haven’t seen my dr since. Are you going to take it through out your pregnancy or wean yourself off? I’m currently on it and still taking it. google says that it’s safe during pregnancy. So I figured I take it until my first appointment to be safe. I’m just looking for others opinion and see what you are doing or what you have been told.
