Transitioning 2 year old

I have a 2 year old son who wants his mommmy by his side 24/7! And I literally cannot sleep if he’s not with me in the bed because I worry SO much... I’m 14 weeks pregnant and need to get him in his room by August but I just don’t know how... please help
