My parents are the strict hispanic parents that only wants me to go to school and not have sex. Well i’ve been seeing this guy for over a few months and we both want to have sex it’s just im not on BC and i want to be safe but i don’t know how to approach my mom :/

Just tell them you need bc because of your periods. Say there are painful or irregular. Birth control helps with a lot of issues. Doesn't necessarily mean you're having sex😉

Your parents should understand you want to be safe then pregnant or with a std.. but I get some aren’t like that but you do need to have a serious talk with them you will never know until you tell them.

Well depends on your age and your laws wherever you live. Where I live if your 16 or older you don’t need your parents permission to see the ob, if you’re younger, you have to have their permission and if I’m correct that’s normal at most places too. 
But not telling them and just doing it would be a horrible decision and that’s a Hugh burden to carry upon yourself so I suggest just telling them. 
Honesty is the way to go imo.
