Possibly pregnant?

So it’s been five days since the deed and was wondering if I could have implantation this early? I haven’t had a normal period so I can’t decide when my next period is. I had very dull cramps earlier and the had very light pink spotting when I went to the bathroom and had literally nothing since. I also have very sore nipples that started around two days after sex. I have tests and I’m waiting another week and a half. I’m just curios now
