My husband and I decided to have drinks at home tonight. He made me a margarita with a shot of everclear. It’s hours later and I have diarrhea and my bladder feels full but every time I try to pee nothing comes out. What could this mean? Should I go to tug ER? I’m worried I’m dehydrated

If your bladder feels full and nothing is coming out then you probably have an UTI

I would just keep drinking water. I don’t think this warrants an er visit. If you still have the bladder feeling in the morning you could go to the family doctor.

Just sounds like you drank too much, to me.
Not everyone can handle 150 proof liquor. That's nearly moonshine, after all. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I mean, the other comments make a good point. But also, if you havent been able to pee, your bladder becomes distended or you have bladder pain and you’re still unable to void you might be having urinary retention. 
So I’d drink more water, keep trying to pee. And if you notice any of the symptoms above, then I’d call the triage nurse at your local ER and say you haven’t peed in X hours and you’re wondering what to do.
