Think I am going through implantation

So I woke up this morning and had pink blood mixed with cm since then I have brown stringy like when I wipe. Sharp pains in my left and right ovaries 😒 not painful enough to take a tablet. But it’s there. !! Lower back cramps. And I have mahoosive boobs as it is but they are extra heavy today also yesterday I felt a pressure like sensation in a lady jewels and I have the cold. At first I thought af came 10 days early. But I don’t usually cramp and it’s 💯 not af I know her 😂. Currently laying in bed eating chocolates crying at every ad that comes on. Then again it could be AF but im asking god not to be. I have honestly not experienced this before. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 hope this is good ❤️
