Is subway okay to eat? 😩🙁

I usually get a turkey sub & i know you’re not supposed to have deli meat but if i have them heat it up would it be okay?? I’ve been craving a turkey sandwich for WEEKS now.

The lunch meat rule is so outdated (2 OBs this pregnancy have told me that). You can eat it and you don’t even need to heat it up.  I’ve had so many sub sandwiches.  You’re more likely to get listeria from Romaine or cantaloupe and other produce items.  There hasn’t been a recall of lunch meat in almost 20 years.

I get a tuna or chicken sub just to be safe, but I’m sure it’s fine. I’m just super cautious and paranoid lol!

I ate subway almost daily for 6 months of my last pregnancy without heating it but thats just me. I craved subway my whole pregnancy (got expensive).

Yes you can eat a turkey sub at subway. I work at subway. And ate subway for my whole 13 months old pregnancy and I'm now 3 months with number 2. If you are worried you can get your sandwich toasted as our toaster ovens are roughly set at 550F.

I literally went to subway the other day. I'm a vegetarian so wasn't worried about the whole deli meat thing until I watched the girl pick up a stack of ham dripping with juice, then went over and did all the veggies and cheese I wanted to vomit lol. Deli meat was one of the few things my doctor actually askede to avoid.
