Mother in law

I’m due at the end of May with my first and my mother in law is living with us. We don’t get along well and she’s incredibly opinionated and overwhelming and most of the time a very negative person. Any tips on how to handle her when we first come home? My husband has tried to talk to her about boundaries and things but it literally does no good, she’ll listen and agree then turn around and do exactly what she wants anyway... and before anyone suggests it, kicking her out is not an option at the moment and probably never will be.
