Eating steak medium???

I remember eating steak medium with my first but I'm some what more apprehensive this time....

Medium well is the lowest recommended temperature. It's not that you WILL get sick from medium, but you're risking it if it isn't very fresh or stored exactly right.

I’ve been eating medium steaks at least once a week through my whole pregnancy. I’m 27 weeks.

I can't eat steak at anytime unless it is completely cremeted 😂 I think medium-well is the lowest you're supposed to go but that's just incase its not that fresh (not 100% though)
