Cracked rib during pregnancy?

I've got so much pain on one side of my ribs and noticed there is a bruise. Anyone had this? What can I do? X

You are probably just bruised, doesn't mean it's broken. It's not as common to break a rib as said below ;)

Breaking ribs is common (not just in pregnancy) it can even happen from sneezing or coughing too hard. 
Doctors don't tend to do anything for broken ribs (no cast or compression as it can cause lung problems) so healing a broken rib is just about pain management. 
If it's really sore then take some painkillers, if you're worried visit a doctor. But it should be fine.
