Are you constantly hungry?
I’m almost 5 months pp And my son is exclusively breast fed. I’m am constantly hungry ALL the time. Even when I get full it doesn’t take long before I’m hungry again. Anyone else experience this? Sometimes i feel ashamed about how much I eat these days and feel self conscious when my husband sees me heading back into the kitchen to eat again 😞😔. He has never said anything or even given me a look, it’s my own insecurities. I know I’m feeding another human but shouldn’t I feel satisfied and full at some point?
