Can SOMEONE give me advice please?! :0

There is this boy and he is like really sweet But sometimes I don’t understand him..

Yesterday evening I dropped by his house, he was home alone and we kissed a bit. He was super sweet.

But the annoying thing is that he never responds if I text him, it takes like 6 hours... Also when I ask to hang out again he always says : “I will look when I have time”

And than suddenly some random day he asks me to come.

Should I continue with him?????
