Pregnant with lower V pain

Anyone experiencing pain on/around your vaginal area? I can’t stand for more than 10 minutes sometimes. It almost feels like a swollen/burning sensation, if that makes sense. I’ve had it since about 16 weeks and I’m currently 23 today. I’ve talked to my OB about it and she recommended the support belt thing. But I’ve read online it’s mainly for back pain. This isn’t my back at all.. DR isn’t sure why I have the pain because I haven’t gained any weight and baby is measuring normal. This is my third pregnancy and first time having this. Please tell me I’m not alone!
