Getting enough calories with GD
I’ve been watching my carbs and sugars and staying within the limits set by my doctor, but I am really struggling to eat enough calories. I should be eating around 2200, but most days I land closer to 1600. I don’t eat any meat or dairy, but am open to pretty much anything else.
I also struggle with brutal acid reflux which makes it really hard to eat at night.
Tips? Ideas?
