I feel so confused???

So I’m about 5-7 weeks not sure doc app on feb. 22nd and i feel so confused. I have a 3 year old and I have 4 angel babies and with all my pregnancy I got super sick The doc even diagnosed me with some kind of sickness that they said every time I conceive I will get really sick I lost a baby in August because I was really sick almost ended up in a comma my husband was doing 120 on the freeway getting me to the hospital but I survived but ended losing my baby now I’m pregnant again and I’m not sick like not even a lil now DNT get me wrong I’m super happy if I am going threw this pregnancy with no sickness but I’m just concerned because to me my sickness indicated that my baby is growing but I’m super scared something is wrong. Am I just being paranoid??? ( ONLY SYMPTOMS I AM HAVING IS LOWER BACK PAIN TITTS A LITTLE SORE BLOATING LIKE CRAZY AND SLEEPINESS)
