Any suggestions on my 6m old— wakes a few times a week after being down for an hour at bedtime. We tried CIO and it didn’t work..
We have a bedtime routine & he goes down between the same time at night (between 7-8). His last nap is a cat nap 415-5. Or around there.
I feel silly even asking, but, I’m just, I wanna fix it! Ha! 🤪
