Last few times I’ve swallowed after head I’ve had really bad diarrhea. I think I’ve traced it down to an overdose of zinc but I want to see what everyone else’s experiences are lol

That happens to me too! I read somewhere it was too many prostaglandins (also the reason some women have diarrhea while on their periods)

Ive had this happen once before. I usually get an upset stomach though, just kinda neauseous. But i pop a graval and go to sleep lol

Ya so I do t do it and my bf doesn’t try to push me even though I obviously know it feels great for him. But he did t to any me to suffer and like I don’t want ya suffer. And it’s not even swallowing. I can’t even have it in my mouth without wanting to puke. So I just would rather not risk that actually happening lol.
