So is he really into me or just trying to play me ??

So there is this guy I been knowing since high school I know he always liked me because he would say little fly things to me & always would walk up & hug me & every time I see him he would be like put my number in your phone so from time to time we would talk in the phone & text so a couple months back my sister had a party he saw me I was looking cute he hugged me & was dancing with me at the party we were suppose to of chilled after the party but plans didn’t go so we still kicking it then recently we seem to get deep he put everything out on the table telling me about local girls but it wasn’t serious to him just sex so he’s picking me up we vibing then out the blue he gets ghost on me I’m like damn what I do so we pick back up he’s telling me about his problems & talking to me he’s soul is down I’m trying to lift him up make him feel better then mind y’all we never had sex he’s a popular dude & I know females be at him so just recently he was in the hospital I checked in him we FaceTime & all that the next morning I see a girl posted him trying to state that they’re in a relationship he never comment on the picture or anything instead the girl had deleted the picture off Facebook I asked him about it he’s like he pays these girls no mind but yet she made a post he comment under it & was like & you want me to believe you ummm I’m so confused like do he really like me or is he just want sex I asked he always say if it’s about sex all these years I been knowing you I would of been had sex with you or unless he just have too much pride I don’t know I like him a lot though I pray for him daily
