toilet paper on labia???

Almost every time I wipe I find tp stuck to my labia later in the day!! How do I make it stop?
EDIT: I use thicker toilet paper and it still does this

Our plumber told us to only use angel soft tp because of the septic tank. Yeah, after 2 rolls I tossed it. Same issue. Buy something thicker.
