A million breastfeeding questions...

1. When do you stop feeding on demand?

(My daughter is almost a month old still really young and needs fed on demand so I am still feeding her every time she has hunger cues or is fussy. I was just curious at what point I should start trying other things before feeding?)

2. EBF and pumping...when do you pump? Sometimes my daughter only goes and hour in between feedings. I’m a stay at home mom so I don’t have to pump but I would like to start when she turns 6 weeks old and bottle feed her occasionally just to get her uses to it in case I were to go medicine that prevents me from breastfeeding.

3. Should I even try to pump or try a Haakaa first so I don’t have an over supply?

4. What bottles are best and won’t cause nipple confusion?

She uses a mam brand binky, sometimes she kinda gags when you try to give it to her and other times she takes it right away.

5. When did you start trying to ween from the nipple shield?
