I lost my little one

I was 9 weeks had doctors appointment for tomorrow. Wednesday I had some spotting I called they told me come start blood work Thursday me and my husband went after they took blood I went to the bathroom and started bleeding everywhere went back into office told them they had me wait for an opening and did ultrasound told me there was no heartbeat that the baby stopped growing at 7l6 weeks 3 days that my body just didnt know yet. Had to go for D and C Friday my heart breaks so much it's not my first but still hurts the same thank you for listening
