I don’t know what’s up 😐

I’m 4 days late, I’ve had pelvic cramping for a few days. Some nausea and definite bloating. I had light pink spotting for two days about 5 days ago. I’ve taken 4 tests - all BFNs. I’ll post the one I just took this morning. I know it’s negative, I’m just so sad. :( I don’t know what’s up!!
