Share your healthy and easy food ideas
Hi ladies, would anyone care to share HEALTHY & *EASY* snacks and meals? I am starting this pregnancy at 300lbs. With my first I was around 285 and only gained 12-15 pounds. This time around I’m feeling different than with my first and wanting to eat all the time. I can’t gain a ton of weight, I want to have a healthy pregnancy and birth. So, any suggestions? I need them to be easy easy easy, as first trimester sleepiness + a toddler = one tired pregnant momma.
