Cramping

Does anyone cramp while ovulating? I've been on the pill for like 10 years so i wouldn't know, but i read you can cramp when ovulating. I haven't had my period since i stopped the pill the end of December which i sightly expected. I have been getting cramping still about every two weeks which would be consistent with period and then ovulation. I have a doctors appt coming up just wondering what ppl feel. Everytime I use a opk it's either negative or hard to tell if it's positive. So hard to tell when or if I am ovulating.
