We're getting married next February and we don't want a wedding cake, but we want the traditional cake cutting moment. We're having a Gelato cart and dessert bar. We've talked about getting a small cake to cut or using a cupcake or brownie from the desert bar.

I found d a cake topper that I LOVE, and want to find a way to use. I've considered doing a foux cake with boxes and using it as decoration in the gift table or even as a card box. The cake topper could go on top.

We've also jokingly, yet seriously talked about doing a tiered pizza display and cutting pizza instead of cake.
