Best friend pregnant

She has a beautiful 2 year olds daughter, the delivery was a nightmare but we have our beautiful princess. She always struggles to get pregnant and is deemed high risk. She recently found out and told me, had a few scares and then announced. All the time she knew how long we’ve been trying for and how hard of a time it is.

I love her and I’m happy for her but scared she’ll get hurt. She’s like my sister
